Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for canceled orders (before dispatch) or defective products (after review).
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No Refunds on:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Items purchased during sale or clearance.
